A Digital FastForward x Pega Workshop
Delivery Transformation
Workshop
This workshop examines how delivery works today, where unnecessary cost or complexity has entered the process, and how AI and existing platform capabilities can improve the way teams design, build, and deliver.
The workshop is practical and collaborative. Each day combines discussion, hands-on exercises, and review of real delivery examples. The final output is a prioritized Delivery Transformation Roadmap with clear actions and ownership.
Leaders Who Have Attended
“The Value eXcelerator™ framework gave us a disciplined way to evaluate how Pega’s evolving AI capabilities could work alongside third-party tools as we modernized our care management platform. It helped us clarify the measurable value Pega would deliver over the next three years and secure executive commitment to that roadmap.”
Executive Leader, Healthcare Industry
“For years, we struggled to identify the right business cases that would truly move the needle. The Value eXcelerator™ framework helped us anchor initiatives to measurable business value, align leaders around what mattered most, and finally deliver production solutions with clear, defensible impact.”
SVP, National Insurance Carrier
“The framework gave us a structured way to validate ROI, align that ROI to specific Pega capabilities, and make disciplined investment decisions while factoring in compliance and regulatory requirements. More importantly, it kept our solution aligned to value drivers throughout design and delivery — not just at the beginning.”
SVP, National Banking Institution

A Practical, Collaborative Workshop

Each day combines discussion, hands-on exercises, and review of real delivery examples. The sessions are structured to surface where delivery is breaking down and give teams a clear path forward.
Across three working sessions, we will:
- Identify where unnecessary cost and complexity have entered the delivery process
- Apply AI and existing platform capabilities to improve how teams design, build, and deliver
- Build a prioritized Delivery Transformation Roadmap with clear actions and ownership
Each session builds on the last. The final output is a prioritized Delivery Transformation Roadmap that identifies the most important challenges, the recommended actions, and the person or team responsible for each.
Delivery Decisions, Quality, and the Roadmap
Day 3 brings the findings together. We examine how delivery decisions are made, how trade-offs are recorded, where accountability sits, and whether quality is being assessed against the scenarios that matter most to users.
Required Pre-Work
Bring your platform capability matrix and reuse findings from Day 2.
We Will Cover
- How major delivery decisions and trade-offs are made and documented
- Where short-term delivery speed has created longer-term stability, maintenance, or support challenges
- The roles and decision rights required for effective delivery
- How quality is assessed across both standard processes and the edge cases that often create the greatest cost
- Which parts of the original vision carry the most value and should receive priority when full scope cannot be delivered
Outcome
A prioritised Delivery Transformation Roadmap with actions, owners, sequencing, and measures of success.
Outcomes and AI-Driven Design
Successful delivery begins with a clear business outcome and a shared understanding of how success will be measured.
Day 1 focuses on connecting design decisions to that outcome and using AI to accelerate design without weakening judgment or accountability.
Required Pre-Work
Bring one clearly defined AI or workflow initiative currently under consideration.
We Will Cover
- The business outcome the project was intended to achieve and how progress can be measured
- A hands-on working session using Pega Blueprint
- How to use AI-generated designs as a starting point rather than accepting the output without review
- Common design choices that increase delivery cost, including designing to meet a funding threshold or prioritising speed without considering longer-term impact
- How to make informed design decisions within the time and constraints of a real delivery schedule
Outcome
A clearly defined business outcome, agreed measures of success, and an initial AI-supported design aligned to that outcome.
Platform Capabilities and AI-Assisted Development
Day 2 focuses on understanding what the organisation’s platforms already provide, where each platform should be used, and where custom development is genuinely necessary.
Required Pre-Work
Bring your Day 1 outcome definition and initial design.
We Will Cover
- Mapping the capabilities available across the organisation’s licensed platforms
- Clarifying the role and boundaries of each platform
- Identifying gaps between what is licensed, what has been implemented, and what teams believe is available
- Using AI to support planning and development within appropriate governance and review controls
- Checking for existing platform capabilities and reusable components before creating something custom
- Reviewing examples where custom development duplicated existing platform functionality and the impact on delivery time, support, and complexity
Outcome
A platform capability matrix, an initial view of reuse opportunities, and practical guardrails for AI-assisted development.
